In my section of My Ebay. Where one has items that one has purchased. When items arrive I leave feedback and then wish to delete items off my purchase list.

I think they're deleted. But, every time I return to my purchases the old purchases show right back up on the page.

I have tried to clear cookies and refresh page. I have tried to shut down my computer and resign in fresh to Ebay's website. Nothing helps. These old purchases I hide, show up again on my purchase page.

Any sound advice/ help is much appreciated. As us in the public all seem to need to help each other when using Ebay. Ebay where are employees to help any of us . Boards to let us know what issues exist and are being tweaked on to fix on this website?

So sick of back tracking my computer to a different date in time (when the problem never existed). Only to find out it's always Ebay's website with the issue.

What feature are you using to delete the items off your purchase list? Is there a button you're clicking? Or something from a drop-down menu?

Perhaps you could post a snippet of whatever you're using to delete the items from your purchase history so we could take a look at it.

Also, please include information such as whether you're using the mobile app or the desktop version, operating system, browser, etc.

I'm having the same problem. Individual items purchased "hide" just fine but multiple item purchases paid by using shopping cart will not stay hidden. They keep reappearing with additional options to "return item" etc. & when hidden the "you have hidden this item/undo" button keeps appearing. I don't "undo" but they keep reappearing. This started happening right after shopping cart problems were fixed. Happens both on my phone & laptop with Mozilla Firefox browser.
