It looks like all my views and watchers have disappeared from my ebay items what is going on and when will this be fixed

As they mentioned in the Spring update, they are changing the way views are counted.

Well it’s just awful. My views are all over the place now. It’s not a running 30 day counter on everything . Some items have stayed as they were. Others went to zero. Some of my items had  only been listed for a few days  and had several views and now they’ve gone back to zero views again. It’s terrible. They should have left it as it was.

Yea I have a watcher on 1 of my items but has no views its frustrating

It is possible to watch a listing without viewing it, but more likely some of your view numbers were not counted or carried over during the transition between the old system and the new system.

The current default count of views represents views in the last thirty days instead of all time views as was shown previously, I believe, though that range should be adjustable.
