Having trouble listing on Google Chrome and apparently I am not the only one, can do everything else

Hello, I was having this trouble on Firefox - I listed something, no problem. Then I decided to do the pending Microsoft system update. After that, I kept getting signin connection refused if I tried to create or save a draft. Finally, I went and checked the system updates. Three more parts of the update had not installed, I told the system to go ahead, forced a reboot, came back on. Just for good measure I logged out and in. Don't know what operating system your device is on - apple, microsoft, android.

I also cannot create a listing as of this Evening at 6:15 pm. I have had no issues all week. last night or today until an hour ago. I called ebay and of course as usual just me and another person has reported this issue. I get a sad sour face and a message that states this, signin.ebay.com refused to connect.  

I called and they said we will send to our IT DEPARTMENT . I demanded a follow up call. This is ridiculous I told them.  Can take 72 hours to 3 months. I was like do what? Wake up people. So then I came on here to find that over 13 people are also having the same issue. I am in the USA you are not alone. They are just a bit clueless or at least the Lady I was talking to was. They do not communicate well at all. I got a ref number but I can call next  week and they will be so clueless.  It makes me mad.  Poor Customer Care. I asked to speak with a Supervisor at least 5 times and nope not happening.  Anyways, I also use Chome too .  Your not alone.

Yep, i can't list anything either.  eBay keeps it up, i'm moving to other platforms.  Their "tech support" leaves a lot to be desired.  They're still stuck in 2008.

What other platforms do you suggest? Same problem wit me using Firefox. Told them they knew there was a "bug" but didn't think to post something so I would not have wasted hours writing a listing that vanished! Twenty years using Turbo LIster & now they can't even design a functional system. I need something like what they USED to be!

 I cleared out the cache, cookies and browsing history on google chrome and it worked again.

This started happening to me yesterday as well. I use google chrome, go to top right and click the 3 dots, then click "more tools", then click "clear browsing data", a prompt will pop up and click clear data. As soon as I did that just refresh your ebay page and I was able to list again. The listing "link" worked. Hope this helps!

When I click List Item, you know, after spending an hour creating the item, the screen jumps and nothing happens.

There is no error messages, nothing in red for me to correct, nothing needs to be fixed.

Go to Save as Draft, and it leads to an endless spinning circle.

This is not my browser, my cache, my Cookies, when it's happening to so many others.

I can make revisions to existing listings, I can't create a new listing, but only after I spend the entire time writing the ad.

This started last night for me.  Logging in and out does absolutely nothing BTW.
