Having lots of trouble with Seller Hub Many functions are not working

The last few days I am having problems with my Hub. 
I cannot send offers. 
I cannot search my listings. 
I cannot sort my listings.
I cannot promote anything 

I click on links and nothing happens.

It's probably the usual Thursday night/overnight system maintenance.  I'd give it a bit more time and it should sort it self out hopefully.  I noticed when I was trying to send offers, the system was running super slow and was glitchy. Would show 10 items to send on but only load 2.. I'd refresh and it would load 4 etc.

Any difference if you use a different browser, or a private or incognito browser window?

Safari! 
Everything works on Safari, I can temporarily switch to that for now until the Chrome thing is fixed.

Same but clear cache and history and restart. That worked for me!

I did clear the cache/history and it DID work temporarily, but then it stopped working again.

Possibly eBay is updating things again to try to address the underlying problem; unfortunately any change can potentially cause conflicts with existing cache and cookie data for some users.

It might be worth trying a private or incognito browser window, or else try clearing cache again and manually deleting just eBay cookies in your browser.

I'm a relative new seller, but experiencing some of the same. The down arrow beside "edit" on listings is no longer working. Tried what has been suggested, refresh page (no joy), clear cache/history and restart (no joy)... but still not working. If it makes a difference, using chrome with windows 10
Aha! Incognito window suggestion works. Thanks for that!

ETA:
I just noted that everything is resolved for taxes101. However, for me it's still an issue. Maybe it's a "trickle down" fix being sloooowly deployed???
