What browser are you using?
Try another. If it looks better, go back to the first and try deleting cache and eBay cookies.

I have the same problem. IMHO, their programmers improved the web-site, got paid, but didn't care for anyone who is using browsers other than IE, Edge or Chrome.

None of the eBay pages are loading. I was able to print from the bulk shipping label site but I am unable to load awaiting shipment screen. Hopefully eBay will see these notes. I posted on FB the issue. Can someone post on Twitter

I've had the same browser for years and have never had this problem. I've deleted cookies. Something's wrong on Ebay's end, I think.

eBay pages are loading fine for me in Firefox as well as Chrome, Edge and Opera (have not tried IE lately, though).
Trying another browser as a test is a good way to check if the problem is browser-related. If so, sometimes clearing cache or eBay cookies can help. eBay sometimes makes changes to pages that can conflict with local info stored on your computer, and clearing that information is often beneficial in that case.

In general, the advice "clearing cache or ... cookies" means "I have no idea".
In cases where a web page or site no longer loads correctly in one browser, but does load correctly in other browsers, it is very often beneficial to try clearing cache or cookies in the first browser. Which is why I typically ask what browser folks are using and if they have tried another.
Perhaps trying another browser will reveal that the pages do not load in that browser either, or any other browser -- in which case clearing cache or cookies will likely be of no use. Perhaps there are other issues involved. In order to determine what those issues might be, it is helpful to know if the problem is browser related or not. Trying another browser can provide useful information.
