So..... We jumped in with trepidation when we were required to sign up for Managed Payments. Now, I see why. We were switched over August 20th, and sold a handful of items over that week totaling a little over 500.00. We shipped the next day from pending funds, and all buyers have received their items and already left +feedback weeks ago. The problem is that we have still not received one single dime of the money yet. After finally reaching a representative last week, we were told that there is a "bug" in the system that will need 48-72 hours to fix. Fine, I reluctantly wait some more, and list a couple more items.
Today, it has been a week since that phone call, and we have still received nothing. Our "available funds" keeps growing after each sale, but we never get a "daily payout". I am patient, but nearly 3 weeks seems a bit too long now, and it is getting extremely frustrating to see no money day after day. We have bills to pay, and no way of accessing our funds.
This may be just a rant, as I doubt that any staff members will see or be concerned about our little business. Was there truly a "bug", or were we simply brushed aside? This is our 25th year of selling here, and would like to continue, but will not be able to if we are not being paid. A little help from an eBay employee or staffer would be nice. Same here except they owe us over $2,000 dollars! So frustrated! Hours spent on the phone and uploading the same document multiple times and the same thing over and over!!!!!!!

I'm starting to wonder if the problems with payouts are linked to the daily payouts more than that of the weekly. I have had 2 weekly payouts without problems, but what I keep reading is that the sellers with daily payouts are having more issues.
I hope your issues get resolved quickly.

So I just got off the phone with Ebay managed payment rep and he finally got through to the "back office". They said that you can not use an online checking account to transfer money into. Paypal worked so well. I never had any trouble with them.

UPDATE: I was able to talk to a rep today, and was told that they will attach a "priority" ticket to my issue, and it should again be resolved in another 48-72 hours. The rep did sound genuinely concerned, and I hope that this time something will be fixed. This will probably go into next week, making it almost a month with no payout. Seems reasonable, huh? It is certainly not the "improvement" that I was promised. I will wait with fingers crossed....again. Best of luck to all who are having these same problems.

I am having the same problem. I have chatted and have placed calls to no avail. It is over 1 month and they still have not fixed my problem. I opened a business account on the managed payments with a business checking account and they said they needed an EIN number, except there was no place to edit it. Next they changed my business account to a personal one, which I do not want. I have been promised on 3 separate occasions that I would get a call back from an agent, no one has called. The only thing I got was an email saying they were working on the problem. Ebay is also holding my money.
