Have multiple stores and am not able to switch to another one of my user names. What's going on?

I have multiple stores on ebay.  It is not allowing me to switch over to another one of my stores.  I tried everything I have read to do such as clearing cookies, identifying myself, also had to use two other new browsers and even with them I am not allowed to switch to another user name.   This is very time consuming for me.  Why aren't I able to use one browser?  This just happened suddenly. Is this happening to anyone else?  Any suggestions? Thank you.

I have seem some similar complaints recently, but I do not seem to be having any problems switching between accounts myself, using another browser or a private or incognito browser window.

Try a private or incognito browser window. Or another browser, particularly if you are using Chrome. Preferably the latest version of a new browser that you have not used before, with no add-ons, and using default settings.

If the username is already supplied on the sign in page, select "switch accounts" to change the username. If the option you want does not appear as a suggestion, pick any other option and then type the correct username over that option instead, and enter the password manually.

If you are able to sign in, you can avoid issues when switching between accounts by using a different browser for each account and staying signed in to each at the same time.
