I tried clearing my cookies and history but this has been a issue for a few days now. Every other page and function works fine except the paid and shipped page. The left side menu will only load if you let it sit for about ten minutes. Its also causes a issue with printing bulk invoices and leaving feedback for multiple order at once. So I am curious if this is just a issue for me or if its site wide.

I EXPERIENCE THE SAME PROBLEMS.
MY EBAY ALL ORDERS PAGE IS NOT LOADING.A MESSAGE SAYS,A WEB PAGE SLOWS MY BROWSER DOWN.
AND IT IS KEEP JUST LOADING,LOADING...
I AM CURIOUS,IF EVERYONE HAS THIS ISSUE,OR JUST A FEW?

I figured out a work around but its still not fixed. Its not loading because I have to many orders in my list I would venture to say this is your issue also. If you go to awaiting shipment and in the bar above the orders change it to a shorter time then 90 days i use 1 week and then the drop down menu that says awaiting shipment to the left can drop down and i select paid and shipped then it will only load one week of orders. It comes right up if you do that but it wont stay that way. You have to do it every time you want to use the page.

HI..YES,I FIGURED OUT THAT WAY TOO ON MY OWN,BUT IT IS VERY ANNOYING.
DID YOU CONTACT EBAY HELP ABOUT THIS ISSUE?
I TRIED,BUT SO FAR THEY COULD NOT SOLVED IT.
PLEASE CONTACT THEM TOO,MAYBE IT IS A BUG IN THEIR SYSTEM,AND THEY REALIZE IT,IF MORE THAN ONE MEMBER BOTHERS THEM.
I HAVE TOO MANY ORDERS,AND IT IS VERY TIME CONSUMING TO USE THAT WORKAROUND ALL THE TIME.
PLEASE AFTER THEY ANSWERED TO YOU,OR THEY HAVE A RESOLUTION,PLEASE TELL ME HERE WHAT TO DO.
