All of my listings have incorrect estimated shipping times on the main pages. I have a 3 business day handling period but the main listing pages reflects an 11+ business day handling time. These show extended estimated delivery dates, sometimes 18 days!! Sales have slowed and rightfully so. I wouldn't want to wait 11+ days before the seller shipped my items either. Call to customer service yielded the response that there was nothing wrong, but a technical ticket would be placed. Five days later, nothing has changed. Is anyone else having this problem? Cust Service blamed the new international shipping but I am opted out, so should not be an issue. I have checked on several different browsers, mobile device, cleared caches, everything that I could do to make sure it wasn't on my end. The issue is still a problem. Someone please correct this!!

Handling time = The length of time from purchase to SHIPPING
Delivery Time = The estimated date range of DELIVERY
You seem to be confusing the two, if you have 3 day "handling" (which is what I see on your listings) obviously the delivery window will be more than 3 days in the future (unless you have a magic transporter that can deliver instantly).

8 days delivery after handling seems a bit excessive for deliver to one's own zip code.
eBay often estimates that my 1st Class items will be delivered cross country within a day.

If you are looking at your own listings it is showing you estimated delivery time your YOUR zipcode.

I just looked at my own. I have 5 business days for shipping and my items will arrive quicker than yours.
However, I don't think buyers will look at that shipping time too much. I ship in 24 hours and not 5 business days. I get really good feedback saying "shipped and received very fast" and such.

I am not saying I disagree with you...what I am saying is the estimate is accurate based on your maximum handling time and the "maximum" times designated by USPS for the service offered....
in your example and the one listing I checked on your listings (My Zip 90210) they appear correct.
Your 'maximum' handling time is 3 days...that would be Thursday, July 6th.....Add USPS 5 Business Day Max Service time, that would put it exactly at June 13 earliest arrival as in USPS time frames.
Could it be earlier...sure, if you send it Monday and it gets 3 day delivery, it would be there by Friday...but that is not what the 'promised' time frames are

1) You are not opted out of international shipping.
2) I would recommend checking your service metrics, this is different than seller metrics. If your metrics are very high it could be the source of the issue.

This started happening to me a few months ago. I contacted eBay and there were not able to duplicate what I see in my listings. At first it said 11 days and now it's up to 18 days. I always ship no later than the next day.
I tried to do a bulk edit. Currently I have a three-day handling time. I changed that to two days to see if it would correct itself and it did not. What is curious though, when I go to print my label, on that page only, my handling time is correct.
So please know it's not just you.

Thank you! I have other accounts on eBay that I sell on and they all have the correct 3 day handling and the appropriate estimated delivery dates. Some of the responses above don't take into consideration that the estimated time of 11-18 days to be delivered is to my same zip code. This is ridiculous. I'm sorry this is happening to you also but am relieved to hear someone understands what I am trying to convey. Has this glitch had any affect on your sales? This began approximate 10 days ago for me and my sales have slowed. Coincidence, maybe, hopefully.

Not confusing them at all, Jimmy. I've been selling on eBay for over 15 years and know an eBay glitch when I see it. My other selling accounts are all the same 3 day handling period but the estimated delivery dates are in the correct range, especially since I am looking at shipping to my own zip code for the example. 11-18 days out for the same zip code is not correct. Magic transporter, lol, good one.

Yes, exactly. There is a yellow dot warning buyers of an excessive handling time of 11+ days. My example was to my own zip code and it still showed that it would take 13-18 days to be delivered to my own zip code via First Class.

I didn't clarify my international shipping, I do ship to some countries using my own shipping methods not eBay's. I opted out of eBay's New International shipping. I will check my service metrics, thank you.

Just noticed in My eBay, items sold today have a must ship by July 17th date, clearly not 3 business day handling time. Given the holiday on the 4th, the third day should be July 6th that the items need to be shipped by. eBay is using an 11 day handling period for all my listings even though I have a 3 business day handling on all items. I still ship within my 3 day handling time but it would be nice if eBay would correct their glitch.
