Hacked account

My account was hacked in June. I had to change my password and went to 2 step verification  and now my account has been hacked again. What the **bleep**? What the hell does someone have to do to stay safe on your business?

Also have you considered that your email might be compromised?

Getting through 2-step is really tough but not if they have access to your email.

You don't use any public wifi do you?

Ok that's good.

After you secure your eBay account may I suggest you secure your email as well.

Change the password and if you can enable 2 step there too.

accounts can be hacked from either side.

like others have mentioned never use a public network

Already been changed and I have the 2 step. Whomever it is must be really stupid. They keep ordering and not getting anything in return. They live in Miami.
