I did not know this discussuion group existed, and reading what is hear, I am VERY far removed from being happy. I am seeing instance after instance after instance the stated issues that Merchant Support claims "nobody else has reported".
For over 2 years my account has been crippled with seeing no actual resolution, instead I deal with the "agents" that fabricate some of the most elaborate "narratives" that yield NO positive results. Our sales are down to 20% from 2 years ago. Every month less then the month before and same time a year ago. I chased down EVERY piece of "advice" from what I am told I need to do, and all it has been is a waste of time.
I am Top Rated Plus, 100% feedback, solid 5.0 DSR's, 30 day returns, Free returns, Guaranteed Delivery, 1 Day Handling, High quality pictures, accurate listing Titles, VERY competitivly priced (Many items some of the lowest on ebay), Best Offer on the mass majority of our listings, The same for being in the GSP. Thge majority of our listings are being ecessivly buried, many at THE BOTTOM (Numerous are DEAD LAST) of Best Match searh results. I am dealing with listings not showing in search results, and BRAND NEW listings getting instantly buried, even when it shows "New Listing".
My "impressions" are an almost EXACT duplicate of the the month before, ( I say "near", but it is more like a slightkly lower number) and a near match of day to day, except when a bulk relist is done. AS time goes by out 3500+ listings are getting less exposure and traffic as each day goes by. We are stuck with a MASSIVE inventory backlog while waiting for somebody to actually do somethiong to fix what is destroying, our business, our livlihood
