MY messages from buyer to me have been coming in as HTML code since Thanksgiving. I have complained to ebay twice a week for the last 10 weeks. NOTHING. ebay refuses to fix this issue, that is affecting my ability to response to potential buyers, or to be able to RELY WITH OFFER. Many of these commination chains have ended with NO SALE because I cannot commutate with my buyer. I sell high end items. ebay has cost me a lot of sales. They refuse to fix or make some kind of financial allowance towards my defective store. No discount of any kind. Very unprofessional way of doing business. SAMPLE

I came here to see if anyone else is having the same problem with messages as I have.

I've been getting the same thing but being a buyer it has no financial effect on me. It is just a PITA.

I do get the response from the seller on a question that I may have but then it is followed by all this code that I need to scroll down to the bottom of to send a reply. It is just a PITA.

What the seller sees I have no idea.

Sorry to read how this screw-up and eBays lack of concern has been affecting you. I guess that shows how much they care about their sellers and buyers.

Can you post the link where to go on eBay and complain about this problem?
