HELP! I use a laptop and can no longer read Seller's Description. All words in Description are now in a narrow column on left of screen. How can I fix this?

This has been a off and on issue in some listings.

I use Firefox and have experienced today this myself.

I have the idea that it is due to a issue with ebay, not you.

Not sure what else to tell you.

Maybe someone else has more info,

same here....it is happening only in Firefox on my desktop.....

if you hit the refresh button it resolves properly the 2nd time....dunno

Not all the time.

I've hit refresh 4 or 5 times and it doesn't help.

I use a PC and been having this problem for a few weeks now.

Don't know what the fix is?

I am using the latest Chrome, I can see them fine, both on Au and US.

Check that your browser is up to date

We had to dump using Firefox and it just never seemed to want to play *nice* with e-Bay any more - We use Edge now instead.  I prefer Firefox - but just too many issues with e-Bay trying to use it.

Try a shift-refresh. That should bypass the cache entirely and reload the page from scratch.

If that does not help, try another browser. If the page loads correctly in another browser, try manually clearing your original browser cache and manually delete any eBay cookies.

Wow have I been ever so lucky...

I only use firefox and have not had any issues what-so-ever.

I hope my firefox keeps working the way that it is...I love my firefox.
