HELP I Lost a email connection ???

The image below is on my "Selling page"  when I click the reply button, it sends me to my message page with no link to the message available.  How can I contact the buyer to continue the conversation?

Picky point: that isn't email, it's eBay messaging.

I don't see that on either the classic My eBay active page or the Seller Hub actives page - you must be using the new My eBay active page (which I won't go near any more - it switches me to it as a default any time I visit it)

Maybe the links there to messaging are broken. Have you tried going directly to your eBay messaging inbox?

You could also try: https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=MyeBayNextAllSelling and answer from there.
A last resort is to contact the member directly (since you have their eBay username as shown in the screenshot)

Two questions:

Directly as in https://www.ebay.com/usr/tls0_1 not the http://contact.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?FindAnswers&frm=284&requested=dms59&iid=323391964791 method?

Are you using https://www.ebay.com/mys/active and that is where you are seeing those "Messages from Buyers" notifications? (as I said, I've never seen that display before and just want to know where it happens)
