This is a simple question that no one seems to be willing or able to answer.
Has eBay dropped phone support? is there a single eBay representative who is willing to stick their neck out and answer a simple question?
I mean, fine, drop a service that customers appreciate and love. BUT at least have the courtesy and integrity to make an announcement!

They still have some phone support, but you have to have them call you back.

Go to the home page. Scroll all the way to the bottom where it says "Help & Support". There you will find "Contact Us". Follow the links for your particular situation. This is the way it has always been.

They moved it recently, not there like it's always been. This is from another post.
"You can still have ebay call you back, they just - in classic ebay fashion - changed something without mentioning it to the people who might need to know. They hide the link ... I mean moved it to the 'chat with an automated assistant' link on the same help page. Click on that and the 'type to a computer' panel pops up. Scroll all the way to the bottom and then click on 'see more' and then scroll to the new bottom and there it is - "have us call you". Or type call me in the chat box.

At the bottom of this page, on the right side is a Contact Us link you can use.

I did that before as have others and it just says "Chat with our automated assistant" so people think it's gone. I heard some people get that message and others get the "call me" message. So it's different for everyone.

If you use the "Chat with our automated assistant" -- if that works for you -- the last option ("See more") should allow you to see a link for "Contact an Agent" which should result in a call back, if you are in the US or Canada. (As you indicated in your previous message)

I'm not sure, but it might be the problem you have, which decides which way you are sent?
You can contact them through their FaceBook page and I've heard they are a little better and more knowledgeable there then calling CS.

I tried that. I had heard the same thing about facebook, but I left them a message 2 days ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I got it fixed immediately by calling CS.
