Green wheel of infinity death for trying to upload photos

Good day,

I have been getting a green wheel of eternal loading for over 24 hours now,

I tried shutting my computer on and off,

closing my browser pages

refreshing the page ( sometimes multiple times)

It happens for new listings, revising an item or sell a similar item.

any ideas?

thanks in advance.

If using another browser allows you to upload those photos, go back to your original browser and try deleting your browser cache, and see if you can then upload photos in that browser.

Hmm,

it seems to work in

Safari,

but I really don't like using safari.

I hope I can figure out how to get firefox to work again soon.

If deleting "cached web content" under "cookies and site data" in the "privacy and security" section of Firefox options does not help, next step would be to try deleting eBay cookies. If that does not help, try disabling browser extensions or add-ons, then add them back one at a time to see if one of them is interfering with your ability to upload images.
