Hello,
Is there some problem currently with E-Bay's GSP? I have an international customer who says they haven't received an invoice from E-Bay. E-Bay usually sends these automatically, because GSP sets the sellers shipping price.
Further, if I click on the option for me to send an invoice, it now comes up and shows me the buyer's address, and lists the shipping method as "E-Bay International Standard Delivery" and I can enter any $ amount that I want.
In the past, if I have tried to create an invoice on a GSP transaction, it tells me E-Bay sends the invoice and I can't, or something to that effect.
Further, if I click "Print Shipping Label", even though they haven't paid, it appears that it would let me print a label that ships to Turkey, not to the GSP center that normally comes up as an address. Normally, it would not allow me to get that far either.
So the transaction doesn't look or act like any GSP shipment I have ever done before. It looks like I offered international shipping, other than the shipping method that comes up as E-Bay International Standard Delivery. But I have checked the listing and GSP was selected.
Is GSP broken?

Someone mentioned earlier that the GSP doesn't ship to Turkey.

Then why would it let someone from Turkey make a purchase? I don't offer International shipping, only GSP. That means E-Bay sets the countries it will ship to, not me.

There clearly is a bug with E-Bay's GSP! I went back and looked at the listing. Under the shipping terms, shipping to Turkey is excluded. So why would E-Bay let someone from Turkey purchase the item with GSP, when the listing clearly shows shipping to Turkey is not allowed?

I guess I don't know how E-Bay works with international purchases, because now this buyer has changed their address from Turkey to a US address.
I guess they must have been able to use a US address to purchase, but then their Turkey address shows up when I try to invoice?
The order details and Paypal address are both US now, but when I tried to invoice originally, it showed Turkey as the country (with a foreign address) and E-Bay International as the shipping method.
I don't know...

They can change their ship to address when they checkout, so I'm guessing you tried to invoice before they paid, and then they changed to the US address when they paid.......
I am assuming they paid..........
