Gift card can't be applied

When I place an order with ebay gift cards, it shows the code can't be applied, which looks like bug.

I am placing an order of 200usd with ebay gift card, I added the first 100usd, it works fine.

Then I am going to add another 100usd, It shows the code can't be applied, and the first 100usd gift card disappeared. When I check the balance, they both become 0.  

When I try the code again, it sometimes shows 0 balance, and some time shows can't be applied.

I think there is some bugs for can't be applied error accidently, when gift card using.

Same for me. 

There is some balance left in my account, and i am going to use it. It shows can't be applied.

I use a part of them yesterday, but ebay steal the left from me.

Contact eBay Support for help with this - none of us here can see your account (and do not post Gift Card redemption codes on this site)

Open this Help page on eBay Gift Cards
Scroll to the bottom and Click on "Contact us"
In the  automated Chatbox that opens type AGENT at the bottom then press Send to bypass the bots

You may need to type AGENT a few times to bypass any/all bot questions
You should then see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.

I contact with the agent. They helped me to find my gift cards back.

Then I try to replace order with these gift cards, it bugs again. When i add in the first card, it shows "This code can't be applied to your order.".  The 100usd card disappeared again!

I am headache with this error. There must be some bugs on gift card usage.

If ebay gift card can't be applied, why does ebay sell it? It totally waste time and money.

It just can help me find my gift card back, but can't solve the problem of gift card usage.

The error of This code can't be applied to your order is still existed, and happen again and again.

Report it as a Technical issue then, instead of with the Gift card team.

Go here Technical Issues and type AGENT in the auto chatbox as explained above - make sure you end up with the Tech Issues team and get an Alert ID or reference# for your report.

There is also a circled "?" at the bottom right of your eBay Home page screen - click that to open the box to Report it there as well
