Me too.  Unbelievable the brains at the eBay IT Dept continue to fail miserably. Will we get subscription money back for the down time?

Same issue here, thought it could be for auction listings but also same error on fixed price.  I had no problems listing from 7am-11am on the 12th, error appeared when I was trying to list after 8pm on the 12th.
