I have given up on that aspect answering the questions, as one has no way of knowing exactly which transaction they are asking about....So basically it is pointless and a waste of time trying to figure out exactly which transaction is in question....I mentioned this to one of the techs I was talking to awhile back on another subject, as they get graded on the questions as well, So I asked him how I was supposed to know which transaction I was to evaluate....as it does affect the techs at how they handled any situation, and the message will pop up if ebay did something on its own on occasion, he had no answer and even questioned it himself....now it may be fine if you rarely if ever have to deal with ebay on an issue but when you move a lot of product and have a lot of transactions there are going to be issues....So you may consider tagging the questions to the transaction in question, otherwise it is pointless and a waste of time and does a disservice to the techs who deserve good reviews!
