Getting error message when trying to change account info

Just relocated from HK to NC but can’t seem to get my account details updated. Allowed me to change address but still shows HK on the top of the page. Error message pops up saying this action can’t be done at this time. I’ve been trying for the past 7 hours. Please help

I do not think eBay supports moving accounts from one country to another any more.

You may have to create a new account.
