GetOrders does not provide a phone number for orders shipped by Mondial Relay

I use the getOrders API to import new orders into my system. I need to import buyers' phone numbers. This phone number is used by Mondial Relay to announce the availability of the parcel at the relay point. However, when the order includes a shipment by Mondial Relay, this phone number is not included in the response: The xml file gives me a single <phone/> tag, while the number appears correctly for any other shipment by another carrier.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, there is no category for developers on this french forum... I don't see how to report technical problems of this type and we really find ourselves in problems when the US developer forum is not competent in this matter
