Get An Error Message When Trying to Accept An Offer

I sent an offer out to watchers.  I received a counter offer.   I then countered and they countered again.  I want to accept their last offer, but I get an error message every time I try to accept it.  It says to try again later.  I really need a way to resolve this so I can get my item sold.  Thanks

I was also receiving this message the evening of 7/27/23.  I made a counter offer at the same price of the buyer's offer, they accepted, but I'm still waiting for payment from this & other sales from yesterday.  

Has anyone had an issue (more than usual) of not receiving payments from sales during the PM hours of 7/27/23, through current?

Which seller hub do you use?  I prefer the "My eBay Selling Overview".  Is anyone having the same issue with the "All Selling View"?
