I am having the same problem.  I just started Ebay again and started a starter store yesterday and search came up in German and when I click on selling preferences it has enter VAT NUMBERS is this correct to have on the UNITED STATES Ebay.com?

 

When I click on my store it has "This page does not exist"

 

Also on another message I asked why my traffic and impressions have stayed on April 18th.
