My GTC items are still showing on active selling page in my ebay when their GTC cycle has completed and they are not being relisted or showing as live listing in my store even though they are on active selling list. Under time left they just have -- as the time left as they are the top of ending soonest sort. I hope this makes sense. I see no way to relist. What's going on?
also.. When I do a search for the items affected they do not show as listed on ebay nor do they show as a completed/unsold listing. They are just in limbo it seems.
In addition...Now they are being relisted here and there, late, but are not relisting with full duration. They are starting at 29D20H instead of 29D23H time left.
your not alone I have had the same thing...call ebay I was told there was a ticket but that was 2 months ago still happening and the ones that do show have to be reworked because they return to their original state so any re-do's or updates you made are gone including the Moble Friendly deal....hope it helps. Sure hasnt for me.
Thanks for your reply. It looks like it is behaving normally now but apparently I was robbed of some exposure time for the ones it affected. I'm sorry to hear you are still having issues. Hopefully they are still looking into the issue if some customers are still impacted.
