Customer service apologizes, that is not getting my money from the sale. Buyer has received item - I didn't receive the money they paid. Customer service is as helpful as an empty roll of toilet paper. Do I escalate with the DA's office. This is money theft. They need to grovel to PayPal to take them back since they have screwed up handling money pay outs!

If the buyer's payment was over $1,000 they can hold the payment for 30 days.
