Free Promo Ended Early

Once again, ebay ended my promo offer early. This invitation offer was sent on Jan 5 and was set to expire on Jan 11. The offer disappeared from my account on Jan 10.

This is the second time it's happened to me. The first time occurred in Nov, 2019 and when I contacted customer service I was told it was a "technical issue" and they'd get back to me. Never happened.

Anyone else experienced this?

My advice?  Always double check your promotional offers from My eBay page prior to listing.  It might be gone.

Did you click the button to activate the offer? Did you try again?

If you did and it was removed early, I guess the good news is that you appear to only list fixed price items, not auctions. Unless you were planning to list 100 auctions today, it didn't affect you this time. But you could still call and report it.
