I am happy to see that I wasn't singled out. I have been seriously busting my brains over this one and called eBay. They didn't know what the issue was either.

Thurs night is the normal update cycle. It is when they also lauch some of these promo offers. Fixes usually are not long in being addressed.

Then realized that we were being charged.
Normally I watch closer, this was a real Gotcha!
Glad someone else called CS.
Im running out of hours in my life.
Please... If it gets fixed, someone please post.
My goal for today was to stay off the boards.... & list!

It's working as intended. Always read the details of the offer. This one requires that you add "Best offer."

Yes, another le$$on learned on ebay.
Always read the offer.
Sure took away my entusiasm today.

No thanks, eBay -- since sellers are NOT allowed to negotiate with eBay regarding eBay fees, why should I allow buyers to browbeat me regarding my prices?
Another lost opportunity for eBay to make some more money, without punishing their sellers. What kind of "free market system" is it, that allows the PLATFORM to dictate prices between sellers and buyers?

I finally got it to work... I do not like best offers either, so I just put auto decline everything under my accepted pricing.

I was able to delay list about 12 items with the promo with no problem. The problem comes in when they added these listings to my original 50 free listings. The counter for the promo stayed at 0/100 while my original 50 went up to 48/2. This means that the way this is working if I list another 88 items with the promo requirements they will be shown as going over my original 50 free listings and will therefore be billed for 86 of them. I sat on the phone quite a while with this last evening. The best they could do was tell me that they will reimburse me if that happens with my delayed listings I had prepared. Not wanting to take a chance on spending hours on the phone trying to clear this up I just cancelled everything and will wait for another plain old 100 free listings because they have problems with the way this one came out.

I hate Ebays's deceptive practice.
I activated the promotion:
