Font of item description not what I selected.

When creating listings I typically go with the default 14 pt Arial, but the listings end up in serif (I think Times Roman).... so I have to revise the font after creating each listing.

 Have you tried to select 14 pt Arial before  you enter your text and press List? (vs. assuming a 'default')

Maybe your 'default' needs a kick-start. I've tried goofier workarounds and they worked for me. Good luck.
