I recently was listed after 16 years of selling, as a Below Standard Seller, due to excessive cancelled orders. When I looked into it, I found that somehow I received 2 orders for a listing that only listed with a quantity of 1. So I informed the buyer of the problem and cancelled the 2nd order. This was in late May and early June of this year.
When I appealed it, I seemed to get an automated rejection from EBay. The rejection was deemed final by EBay.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what happened, or how can I fix this?
