We recently had about $2,500 worth of final value fees pushed through in 1 day due to a glitch that was not charging us final value fees (ALERT14305). However we have been charged final value fees ON ALL RETURNS associated with this glitch, despite the fact that we have refunded the buyers.
We currently have 15 items that eBay collected final value fees for but have not refunded us due to returns. I have contacted customer service chat with told me to send a message to eBay. I have messaged eBay and they have failed to respond.
I am looking for eBay to acknowledge this issue and respond to me. It doesn't have to be fixed immediately but please let me know you are aware of this issue. Thank you.
