Another lag in active and sold file changes. Items that sold days before still appear in the "Active Listings File." I tried deleting them from the file. Couldn't. Now one disappeared on its own. While one is still sticking that sold days ago. Can't remember this pre-August when I dumped my old store. This is a new issue I haven't seen before. Sold items always disappeared from the Active file either immediately or in a couple hours. But I manually deleted it just now and this time apparently it stuck. When I saw this I momentarily thought I had made a mistake and listed multiples for the item when I only had one.
Just another annoying thing that will become more annoying when my sales increase as I add listings. I'll have sold items in my active file for the better part of a week. Bound to confuse. Lag, lag, lag seems to be the order of the day at Ebay recently. Listing edits taking days to appear. And then others appear in minutes. Go figure.
And another glitch. An item I sold a few days ago has completely disappeared from all files. Can't find it anywhere. Like it never happened. My sales total reflects the sale. But it has completely disappeared from all records. What happened to it? This will be even more annoying if it continues. Really interfere with my work. I'll need to start keeping my own digital copies of listings to see what has actually sold. Bugs, bugs, bugs.
