hi i need to programmatically dowload Paid and Awaiting Shipment, but in the file Customer Telephone field is missing

You may be on a test. I am still showing the Buyer phone number on my awaiting shipping report.
Are you asking how to programmically download the report? This is really not much of an option. You can download the report with a script, but you have to initiate the report manually. Once you have initiated the report using fileexchange, you can use the job reference number to download the completed report. If this is what you wish, repost and I will spell it out. I have the instructions from 8 or so years ago, and it still works. I do this daily for Revise and End upload files.
Note that I said upload files, for the reports you have to initiate the report with the manual FileExchange options in the FileExchange Center.
The only other way to obtain this info is by using the Trading API. It is not real complicated, but programming expertise is required to do this.

Saw your request for a raise in your upload limits for FE in another thread. You might send an email to turbodata@ebay.com. That can get a much faster response. Make sure to send the request from your registered email account and include your userid.
