File Exchange Error- Abandoned Job: 826654999

I am trying to upload listing through file exchange but getting following error:

Abandoned Job: Abandoning Job: 826653629

Abandoned Job: Abandoning Job: 826654999

Please suggest where I am making the mistake.

1)n Excel stores large numbers in exponential format. You must change that to whole number format with no decimal zeros.

In Excel, Select any column, that has number displayed as exponential numbers, then click on the box in the Home ribbon that says General. Click on Number from the dropdown box, then click twice on the small icon below that with the right arrow and small zeros. Now create your Comma Seperated Values (*.csv) file. Upload.

2) If that does not help, you may have a hard return character in one of the cells (the Add cell is the first one I would look at). Open the csv file in NotePad. Special characters, like hard returns, will be representated as a small black square. Delete that.

Since we can not see into your job file, you should post on the Tools&Apps board. Include the job id number. An eBay associate may read it and comment on the actual issue.
