I am unable to leave feedback once I've received my purchases. I have not experienced this before. I like to leave good feedback and this is embarrassing me. Can someone help or explain what's going on?

ME TOO.

I'VE SEEN THIS MANY TIMES. I LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK THEN ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE THE SELLER GOT IT.

I LEFT FEEDBACK TO A SELLER TODAY (4/13/18) WHICH WAS "POSITIVE" WITH A COMMENT OF "5 STAR. THANKS". ALL I SEE IN THE FEEDBACK IS A GREEN + SIGN AND TWO DASHES (--) FOR COMMENTS AND NOTHING ELSE. AT LEAST IT DID REGISTER AS POSITIVE FEEDBACK. EMBARRASSING!! I HAVE BEEN ON EBAY SINCE 1997 WITH 100% POSITIVES, NEVER A NEGATIVE. POSITIVE FEEDBACK IS VITAL TO A SELLER AND BUYER ALIKE.

@wb9uze- that is a seperate glitch. It blanks out. Don't worry, you did not leave them two dashes. That is below every feedback comment if you look. eBay has said that they were looking into this a while ago, but nothing has been done yet.

How long has it been since you purchased the items? There is a 60-day limit for leaving feedback.

Ahhh, okay. I THINK found the answer. When I went to leave feedback on my oldest, unrated-as-of-yet (April 6th) purchase, I found this message under the "positive, neutral, negative" buttons: "You need to wait 7 days before you can leave neutral or negative feedback for this PowerSeller." Well, I wasn't leaving neutral or negative feeback, so who knows what that means?

I did notice that the "leave feedback" link is still in small letters underneath the button "return this item." I was able to rate 2 of the 6 purchases I have already received. Thankfully.

I appreciate the reponses here. Sorry some PowerSellers have to wait a week. There have been times that I've gotten good feedback AS SOON as I've made purchases, so that seems kind of unfair when I get a quick shipment and the seller deserves a timely thank you. BUT, as long as I can leave feedback EVENTUALLY, that's better than sending PM's to the sellers with apologies.

You can leave positive feedback for a Power Seller before 7 days are up. You just can't leave neg or neutral without waiting. So there's nothing keeping you from giving that timely "thank you".

I kept getting a circle with a slash through it when I'd try to leave feedback - which was positive. I tried repeatedly. Don't know. It was glitchy.

Anyway, if I ever am not happy with something (super rare) I contact the seller first and if it can't be rationally figured out, I just don't give feedback at all.

I have the same exact problem. I have tried since April 27 to leave POSITIVE feedback and can't do so. I called ebay and was to receive a call back from them. I did receive a call back but wasn't able to answer it. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS DIFFICULT!!!! .... I am busy like most people and don't have hours to spend on the phone with ebay trying to figure out why THEIR FEEDBACK SETUP (new I might add....) won't WORK!. . . I am exasperated to say the least. I hope help and resolution are to be happening SOON and this problem is completely rectified!

Basically because the people they have maintaining their software systems do not have a clue what they are doing and have no idea how to fix glitches like this - that's why they always ignore threads like this because they know they are incompetent but don't like admitting their faults. May 2019 and it is still not working. Someone leaves you feedback and when you go to the sales page, the link for returning feedback is missing. You have to trawl through all the sales where buyers have not bothered to leave feedback in order to reach the ones that have. But hey, it's ebay, so long as they receive their extortionate cuts through PayPal and ebay, who cares ?
