FedEx ground shipping not available

I can't currently ship with FedEx ground. It's apparently a known issue that they are working on -- I was added to the support ticket.

I, too, was added to support ticket today.  Also, very friendly support person informed me that IT was aware of glitch -- it was sporadic -- not every seller -- not every FedEx Ground item, but that it could be November (yes) before it was remedied.  I had to resort to extra twenty buck shipping expense on today's item....so, not promising.

For what it's worth, I ended up using UPS ground on PayPal. Turns out that was a cheaper option anyway.
