Hello,  I had a stock library of positive feedback phrases, such as "great value and seller."  I used to type one letter and a complete list of my library would appear and I would select one and it would populate in the Feedback comment section.  Now, the phrase populate feature is gone and I must completely type each phrase.  I notified Ebay that I would not leave feedback until the phrase populate feature returns to Feedback.  Please advise or comment.

I think this may have more to do with your browser than with ebay.  In Chrome (which I hate btw) text is completed like you describe, on Firefox it's not possible. I can print out invoices on Chrome and I can't print on Firefox. So maybe try switching between browsers and see what the result is. It may be that you have to build up the library again...

I have noticed that sometimes my phrases are there and sometimes they are not.  This happens to me on Chrome.  I think it is an eBay issue.

I would appreciate it if ebay would bring the auto-populate feature back also. It stopped working when they redesigned the page to enable longer feedback comments. I normally use Firefox on a Mac. Haven't checked other browsers.
