I've been trying since the beginning of May to have my estimated delivery dates fixed on all my listings. Every time I contact eBay they tell me that they have sent in a "ticket" to IT, and that IT is aware of my situation and that I am considered a "high priority" and to be patient. I have a three day handling time that I have never changed.
I need help! Contacting the agents does nothing...is there anyone that I can contact that can really look into this for me? As of today, my EDD show August 2-9 to my own zip code - so please don't remind me that I need to take in account any shipping delays.
Has anyone experienced their EDD being so wrong? I have posted help on the Community Board and no one was able to help me. Another issue is that things that I sell today show that I should ship them by August 1.
Please help!

I'm one that believes in "trying" things to cure this kind of problem.......and maybe you have....but I would revise ONE listing, one thing at a time.......
Remove Local pickup
Revise handling time to 1 day (put a huge price on it so no one will buy, if necessary).........
Give each"try" a couple of hrs to see if that changes things.
I checked mine & another seller's listings.....with one day handling and they are ok.....
That said, supposedly ebay adjusts estimated time according to your "history".......but I assume your items haven't taken that long to be delivered.
