Error when trying to revise listings

Been having a issue where I can not revise listings, seemingly randomly some listings will give me a global error warning when trying to revise on the individual listing itself as well as on the bulk edit page. Having to delist/relist when I want to edit a listing.

Downstream service failure in LDS

I've been trying to get help and not receiving a response. Since it's started, none of my new items have had views either. I feel like something is going on but it must not be effecting many people

my items are still selling fine, I receive this message

"Well, this is embarrassing. We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second. Please try again later."

What helped is force quitting the app and it seems to work great now

I'm getting the same error on trying to revise some listings. It looks like this bug is at least 4 years ago from what i gather and eBay is aware on some level.

Just prior, I started the 'consolidate shipping policies' process in the policies hub. By chance did you do similar? Im wondering if the bug could be related to policy implementation.
