Error when im try change avatar or profile header

Good day, the problem is that I can not change either the profile avatar or the profile header. The problem began after I changed my nickname - and to this day

On the old name - everything worked, the avatar changed and the profile header too

Are you using a desktop browser? I believe that you may need to use a desktop browser to change your profile picture rather than a mobile browser.

I notice you are registered in Ukraine. When you set up your account originally, did you use ebay.com, or another site?

It might be worth trying to sign in to ebay.co.uk, ebay.com.au or another country site to see if you can make changes there instead.
