Hello.

When I try to bid on two different sellers (but only from these sellers, everyone else is bidding fine) I get this message:

Item: 306197216132Item: 267190249946I bought goods from the first seller on Sep 23, 2023. The deal went smoothly. I asked the seller if he had banned me. He replied that he had not and that these were technical problems for some countries. Although delivery to my region is available.

I was banned from the second seller for canceling an order about a year ago. Previously, when I tried to place a bid, a message about the ban appeared. But now I see this message.

If the seller hasn't blocked you, that message could also be generated if you've had more than 2 unpaid items in a year. 🤔
