Hello,
Their are many errors on our recent evaluation in the performance reporting of late shipment rate where it is not taking into consideration the handling time of the item for the calculated delivery date and handle by date in the reports which is in turn having a huge impact on our metrics. I have verified the orders and the Late Shipment report is reflecting a handling time in days, and then clearly not calculating it toward the estimated delivery date. I can provide detailed data to show this which I would like assistance from a tech with as we have been a Top Rated Seller for years and these incorrectly calculated reporting metrics is impacting it along with Guaranteed Delivery eligability which we had.

Ours is miscalulated too. We ship same day always. Paypal fails to update Ebay. We go in and add tracking but Ebay doesn't recognize that the item shipped several days ago. They penalize us because their partner PayPal fails to update them and they penalize us because they fail to recognize the actual date the item can be tracked as shipped. Ebay uses every trick they can to increase fees through false pretense. They are thieves in my book! Just a heads up!
