@krowdhub, you don't appear to have any listings, active or ended, which were posted on eBay France (see below).
The two classified ads were posted on eBay USA. They are listed in a category for real, physical gold bars, which are to be delivered to the customer. You can't deliver a real gold bar digitally.
On eBay USA, you can only sell digital products which are informational products, only if you own the copyright to the digital product, and only in a category for informational products and in a classified ad.
You're not allowed to sell products like this on eBay USA. I doubt that they are allowed on eBay anywhere, do to the high likelihood of fraud and scams. Here is the policy for digitally delivered items. These gold bars do not qualify for an exemption to to the policy that says only informational products can be sold, in the category for informational products.

No, that listing does not appear in search on eBay.com. You have made a great many revisions to it, and every revision will take it out of search until it has been reindexed. Listings that are potentially high-risk for fraud may take longer to index, and multiple revisions should be avoided as they can be a red flag.
That listing shows that the actual item will be shipped to the buyer by the France post office, for € 25. The description says it is digital delivery, which is a policy violation. Digital delivery items CANNOT be listed or sold on eBay.com or eBay.fr, and you're not allowed to have text in your description that contradicts the posted shipping information (or anything else about the listing).
The policy for digital delivery is the same on eBay France, so this listing is in violation there as well. You can't sell something like this with digital delivery, because the chances of fraud are extremely high.
This violation may delay or prevent the listing form ever being indexed on eBay.com, and the listing could be deleted, and your selling account could be banned for policy violations. Usually, it's temporary the first time.

Your classified ads are also prohibited. If you don't remove the prohibited listings quickly, you will probably be banned from selling on eBay for policy violations.
