Error Code 13708 "seller will not ship to your location" Worldwide issue

Have been advised by ebay customer support that this is affecting sellers worldwide.

It's a known error code 13708 and message reads "seller will not ship to your location"

It's affecting all 220 of my listings. I cannot sell to anyone because buyers are advised I will not ship to them!

If a buyer lets you know they got this message, send an invoice.  When I was a buyer getting this message, I was able to pay IF the seller sent me an invoice.  This has been an intermittent problem on eBay for well over a year now!!!

I have finally rectified the issue myself. Ebay customer support could not help me.

I went through a series of elimination with one listing and signed into another account to test.

I ended up deleting all my postage options except Ebay postage labels and it worked, all my listings have now been fixed. It seems that for some odd reason, Ebay only allows me to select Ebay postage labels as an option, I had to delete other postage options for buyers.

Are you signing on, listing, selling on ebay.com.au? ebay.com is for USA (which is where this forum is).

Yes, thanks i worked that out, so put up issue in another thread. Thanks for your suggestion though.
