Entire purchase history is blank.

My entire ebay purchase history is blank. I've logged out/in but no purchases show up. I've had just one ebay account since I joined years ago. Help appreciated to resolve this problem.

Others have run into similar issues lately; most likely this is just a temporary glitch.

Make sure you are signed in to the correct account if you have more than one. See if the purchases appear on your feedback page.

Try another browser to rule out a browser cache or cookie issue.

Try viewing your Orders on your Summary page to rule out a page issue.

Try viewing your purchases on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com to rule out a site issue.

Try searching for purchases on your Purchase History page by title keyword; sometimes a search can find a listing that may not appear when viewing an entire year.

It is possible to download some basic transaction information here:

Reports take a week to generate and you must use the link within a week of it being made available or else it will expire.

The purchase history list defaults to show the purchases you've made in the last 60 days, so that would be any purchases you've made since about January 31 or so.

In order to see older purchases (before January 31), you can use the dropdown arrow to select either all of 2023 or all of 2022 or all of 2021. Those are three separate lists and cannot be viewed as one big list. Purchases before 2021 are not available for viewing.
