Emails missing

For the past week to ten days I am not getting but maybe half of my ebay notifications in my yahoo mail.  Both listing confirmations and sale notifications.  This amounts to about 30-50 emails a day that are not arriving.  Please don't suggest that I empty cookies or cache.  This has all been brought up to date.

I had the same issue.  In your yahoo inbox folder, look right above the first email and you'll see 'All' 'Priority', 'Offers', 'Social', 'Newsletters'.  Mine got set to 'Priority' and thus filtered the emails showing.  Once I selected 'All', there were all my missing emails.  I think Yahoo did an email update and set it mistakenly to Priority view. Hope that helps

^^^ That should solve it for you @bea_4_99 . I've heard from other Yahoo users unhappy with their email changes the past week.

@bea_4_99 @sweetpea-daisy . Do this to turn off inbox categories with the new Yahoo mail format, but instead of toggling the slider to on (blue) as shown in the screenshot, you want to toggle the slider to off.

Click the 3 dot menu for more options.

Click the gear icon for settings

Click personalize inbox

Change the toggle next to inbox categories to off.

**You may have to refresh the page for it to fully take effect.

I to have been missing emails from eBay. Listings, I have sold, and payout. All missing from AOL. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Should I contact eBay about this missing emails or AOL?

eBay can't help you with this because it's a Yahoo issue, not an eBay issue @cjmayvi68 . Good to hear the info above was able to help. 👍

Emails missing

I got a Yahoo mail update that changed to an interface and settings that I didn't like.

To the left when looking at my inbox below where it used to say inbox-unread etc there were 3 dots? and once I clicked them I was able to restore my mail to the previous interface with the previous settings intact.

I googled it and couldn't see the link to restore it back because I have grey instead of bluescreen enabled and it was invisible until I hovered my pointer over it. Once done all is well now............

As a side note if one doesn't like the win 10 or 11 interface a free software called open shell will make them look like win 7 or other previous versions.
