When you reprint, are you seeing a label but not a QR code? If so then you may have had the wrong label type selected when you purchased the label. You can cancel the label and purchase a new one, selecting QR before confirming the purchase. General reprint and cancel instructions are below. Come back with specifics if you need more help.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay, or download a copy of a QR code from the website, go to Seller Hub > Orders> Shipping Labels, find the order and select Download Label from the Actions drop-down. The option to reprint is available for 7 days.
To reprint from the app you can tap on the order. Next, tap the arrow on the blue button at the bottom and select Manage Shipping. On the next screen you can access the label.
In addition, if you used the single label flow, you will find a PDF copy of the label attached to the email confirmation sent when you purchased the label.

To cancel a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
Printed eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.
eBay International Standard Delivery (eISD) labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option. eISD should not be confused with eBay International Shipping (eIS) as they are different services.
