I do not sell on eBay. I have been receiving emails for weeks from buyers asking questions about items I have for sale. Somehow my email is associated with another buyer. In the beginning I would email back and tell them they have the wrong person. Most did not believe me and after some got mean and insulting I quit answering. Any ideas on how to get this resolved? I tried contacting eBay that is like an act of God, as I can not find an actual person to talk to.

Just keep deleting and marking as spam for persistent emailers. Eventually the account holder will find out somehow.

If the previous reply doesnt address your dilemma ... - I see that you have sold things in previous years.
if these are not spam emails and different buyers genuinely trying to ask about active listings then ask them to send you some item numbers to verify- then you find those and see if all from the same ebay seller - if they are then all you have to do is write them a message in the message system and ask them to check and fix their email address. Or call customer service and have them check and do it. If they are items listed in a country that you dont live in then you know somehow your email has been compromised.
check first to see that they are also coming into through the Ebay message system first and not around it ! good luck
