Email technical issues

Hi, I am relatively a new seller. I do all my Ebay on my phone bc I  do not have a computer currently, and yes I am getting one soon. Well, today 10/08/2020, I  have not received any emails from Ebay confirming my sales so since I use my phone for everything, I  cannot print a label without those emails. Please let me know if anyone knows another way besides the really old fashioned way of hand writing the addresses and paying for the postage at the post office. I cleared my history and emails, no luck. Am I the only one this is happening to? Thanks a lot!

If you go to your sold items in the app, doesn't it allow you to print a label from there? I've never tried that, so I don't know. Other than that, have you logging into eBay in a browser on your phone and tried from there? Pretty hard to see, but you should be able, if your careful, to create labels from there.
