I received this email as well and my fees are always up to date. I am wondering if this is why I have no sales today! Mondays are normally pretty good for me. Frustrating!

I got the same email, no clue if it's a glitch, slap in the face, or phishing. I use automatic payments, and I was correctly billed and charged last week. This email definitely got me very upset.

I just received this email too. Same amount of money that eBay took from my PayPal account on 8-15-18. I have a email to confirm payment was made.

I received that collections message too via my e-mail account.
Also this forum is very slow for me today and yesterday even after cleaning out my cache.
I also have a different sign up window than the norm, and it has changed again to give you the option of signing in with your facebook account or your ebay account.
No sales for three days including today, which is unheard of for me for especially a weekend.
The sign up window change has ony occurred on this account, not my other one.

Well if you have no sales you need to check your account, I didn't receive that message, I received a message this afternoon my account was put on hold....I've had a couple sales, I can print labels, but I can't list....I'm payed up as of the 15th, the new invoice states it will automatically try to deduct between the 23rd and 25th, todays the 20th? And we actually have until the next billing cycle, basically till the 15th next month before being late? However...try calling them, give 4 char account name, zip and it automatically says it will tranfer me, I was on hold for 2 hours and 44 minutes before the music stopped playing...called back gave it a random ABCE for my account, asked for accounting, restrictions, seller, 2 minutes of music....then nothing...just called while typing this and 3 seconds of music after giving it my correct information.....I can't call to get it fixed as I guess the entire ebay community is calling...I even called with a made up account 4 char and asked for Report a Buyer, to see if I could get a person and nothing....
I thought I'd test if from my girlfriends phone, with her account and 45 seconds after asking the automated system for accounts, restrictions, seller, and it gave me her limits, it asked is that it, and I said no...agent and it started playing music for 45 seconds and then nothing....eBay is dead.....must be Russian collusion...

The forum here is loading really slow. When you click on contact eBay (about the email), several of the options say they aren't active. I finally got a code when I picked account suspended, but then the answering system didn't recognize the code. When it finally transferred me to an agent, the system hung up on me.
I noticed over the weekend that stores were disappearing right and left. I'd be looking at a listing, click to see the store, and eBay would tell me the store didn't exist. The item specifics were changing (again) this past week and weekend as well. My sales and traffic were nonexistent for the last week, even with daily listings and price markdowns. I know this part of August is slow, but it's never this slow. I suspect the tinkering is causing some of the issues.
I just hope eBay doesn't try to draft the bank accounts again.

From what I undersatnd this is another ebay glitch as has been said - some people have had money taken twice so please check - some have even had listings removed!
I can't see any explanation from ebay as to the problem or an apology - just a normal day with ebay!

I called ebay yesterday about this and they told me it was fraud. They said if it was ebay, it would have gone to my ebay messages, and it did not. I did get another today from a different ebay address saying it was a mistake and my account was now up to date. Still nothing in my ebay messages.
